The project we where working on did not hit some of the KPI targets we where given while in Geo-Beta. The project was canceled and the entire development team was let go.
The project I was working on was getting close to launching and my role was no longer vital. Right around that time I was offered a position at Fun Plus working with ex colleagues from KLab. I left because of the opportunity to work with my old team.
I loved working at KLab, unfortunately the US Studio was almost entirely shut down. The whole engineering team was let go.
The project I was working on ended up in development churn. We missed several launch milestones and I felt that management was going to keep missing launch windows. Morale for my team was low and I decided to leave when I had the opportunity.

The studio started missing payroll for several months around June. The payroll issue was eventually resolved, but it had caused major financial issues for me. I left fearing that the payroll issue might happen again.
